Railbookers.com is a rapidly growing company specialising in European rail travel including both hotel inclusive packages and rail ticket only. We distribute our product via the internet to our target market of UK consumers and fulfil all bookings through our London based call centre.
In 2008, we are planning for further growth and are looking for new recruits to join our friendly sales team at our head office between Moorgate and Old Street tube stations in the heart of London.

Sales Consultant
Responsibilities
Securing sales
Maximise sales by up selling wherever possible
Enter all booking details accurately into database
Book Eurostar and other European trains using various booking systems
Book hotels and all other product using in-house and external systems
Attend educational trips and product training sessions
Skills
Strong customer service ethic
Sales focused
High level of accuracy
Computer Literate
Previous travel experience and knowledge of the main Eurostar destinations preferred

Attractive salary dependant on experience

Holiday Allowance - 4 weeks + 5 days allocated to educational trips within Europe
Hours of work
37.5 hours per week on a rota basis, between hours of 9am to 6:00pm to include five days out of seven.
