Eurostar runs from London St Pancras International to Lille in approximately 1 hour 20 minutes and Paris in approximately 2 hours 15 minutes. From Paris Gare de Lyon there is 1 direct train a day to Monte Carlo which takes 6 hours. There are also trains every 3 hours from Paris Gare de Lyon to Nice, where you can change onto the train to Monte Carlo.
Via Lille Europe there are 2 direct TGV trains a day to Monaco via Nice, the journey takes 7 hours 30 minutes.
